This, the privacy statement of TSMS Ltd ("TSMS"), discloses the information privacy practices for TSMS website ("TSMS site"). Last updated 02 February 2010.

Information Collection and Use
TSMS collects personally identifiable information ("PII") about you that you specifically and voluntarily provide. PII includes information that can identify you as a specific individual, such as your phone number, or e-mail address. Although you are required to register as a member of the TSMS site in order to use certain areas and some PII is needed in order to process and fulfil requests, many areas of the TSMS  site can be accessed without providing any PII. TSMS collects PII when you register to receive the latest news and information regarding TSMS via the SMS Mailing List, participate in a survey or download information regarding TSMS 's products and services.

On all TSMS site pages that collect PII TSMS specifically describes what information is required in order to provide you with the information, product or service you have requested. TSMS is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. TSMS will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways other than as disclosed in this statement. TSMS collects information from TSMS site users at several different points:

Registration
You must register to use parts of the TSMS site (e.g. SMS Mailing List). During registration you are required to give your contact information (such as mobile telephone number and e-mail address). This information is used to control access to certain areas of the site.

Surveys
Occasionally TSMS may offer site visitors an opportunity to participate in a survey. Information collected by TSMS when you participate in a survey may include your full name, e-mail address, street address and employer.

TSMS collects certain technical information from your computer each time you request a page during a visit to the TSMS site. TSMS will share aggregated demographic information with its partners. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. These parties are not allowed to use PII except for the purpose of providing these products and services.

TSMS encourages you to be aware of privacy practices when you leave the TSMS  site and to read the privacy statements of each web site that you access that collects PII. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by the TSMS site.

TSMS may be required by law to disclose information you have provided when obtaining products or services from TSMS or its partners. TSMS may also disclose information relating to someone who poses a threat to TSMS's interests or whose activities could bring harm to others.

Changes to the TSMS 's Privacy Statement
TSMS  reserves the right to modify or amend this privacy statement at any time and for any reason. If TSMS decides to change its privacy policy, TSMS  will post those changes on the TSMS  website's homepage so that users are always aware of what information is collected, how it is used and under what circumstances, if any, it may be disclosed. If at any point TSMS decides to use PII in a manner other than as stated at the time of its collection, TSMS  will notify users by way of an e-mail. You will have a choice as to whether or not to allow TSMS to use PII in this different manner.
